The straps are sturdy, adjustable, and held everything in place without slipping. Made / Nice and wide, sturdy clasps. We have a few mattress pads that do not get consistent use. Hence, they can be bulky, hard to store, and in the way. Bungee cords are too thin and risk cutting into the pad.
