Review snippets: I have only used 5 of these steps since I purchased them and didn't use them daily. The results speak for themselves! I was worried that they would cause sensitivity but they haven't. That could be because I don't use / To me, this was a splurge buy. I literally noticed a shade whiter after ONE treatment. I left the first one on twice as long tho and it gave me a sore inside my mouth, so follow the instructions yall!
