Review snippets: This eyeliner is super pigmented, the black goes on dark and doesn’t need multiple passes to look intense. The felt tip makes it easy to get a clean line, even if you’re not a pro at winged liner. I like / I am always hunting for the perfect eyeliner. To me the important criteria are availability of good basic colors (do people really need teal or silver or lavender eyeliner? I don't), ease of application, and long wear. Palladio scores well
