The quality isn't appropriate for high end jewelry, but good enough for things that may not be expensive but still have sentimental value worth saving. Bought to fix my son's chain and it's held up so far. Make sure to follow the instructions or watch a youtube video of the right way to use it so you don't stretch it out where it won't go back. Probably a 3 star product, but factoring in the cost and being cognizant of what you're getting, this is 5 stars (all relatively speaking). Read more",

I would have sent back except I had other pliers and had used some of the items before seeing the tip was broke off on the one that came with package. I still went ahead and ordered the gold ones after receiving the silver ones. The gold ones arrived and the pliers were fine. I would recommend this item if you do a lot of jewelry work and have other pliers. I didn't purchase this for the pliers, I needed all the other things. Read more",

"body": "Between me and my 3 year old daughter we have endless accessories such as necklaces and bracelets and recently I broke my favorite pendant ring on my necklace I went looking for a sterling silver ring to fix it and with this I got as many as I will ever need for the rest of our lives and the tools I need to fix all of our jewelry. You can not beat the price and the link I used feels like great quality and didn’t change color or irritate my skin as I am allergic to lots of cheaper medals, after wearing it on my sweaty chest all day every day here in Hawaii for the past week it looks just as nice as it did when I put it on. There is every size and option of what you might need for just about any basic jewelry repair. Overall absolutely excellent and I could recommend it more highly. For this price I mean come on. This was a serious issue in our house for a long time now I have everything I need anytime we need it which happens all the time. Also it came thoughtfully packaged with the container holding the what seems like millions of rings shrink wrapped so if it did happen to come open at all they couldn’t spill out. Read more",
