I bought these because my 14 year old daughter expressed an interest in making macrame hemp necklaces-something I haven’t done since I was in college-but I was thrilled when she asked because I can make a great hemp necklace! I already had the appropriate cord in my stash (I am a craft hoarder, according to some people in my family, ahem) but had only a few shells like these. There are so many here-we can make enough hemp necklaces, bracelets, and anklets for everyone we know and then make a huge pile to sell. The shells are really high quality, and perfectly sized for macrame. They would work well for plant hangers also. Great deal! Read more",
