The measurements listed are always taken unstretched (however this material is very stretchy!). The robe has long sleeves and inside pockets on the sides. The belt is attached, so no more searching for that lost belt in the wash! The attached belt also gives a much nicer snug & secure fit, and the gathers in the back make it very flattering from the smallest to the larges backsides! You can choose from either a Poly/Cotton Blend jersey knit, a yummy soft rayon blend, which is a bit thinner, but very drapey,

Review snippets: I am extremely happy with my new robe. I am 5'10 and weigh approximately 225 lb. I was not sure whether to order the regular or tall but ended up getting the extra large tall. It is roomy and is / I am 5'9" & last time I got on the scale 3 months ago 253lbs, might be 265 now. I usually wear 3x on top, 2x on bottom, have long legs, short torso, usually get "tall" or "long" in jeans.
