Review snippets: Great vest. 25lbs was plenty for me. I put it on the scale and it said 27 lbs. walking 4-5 miles in this is a pretty good workout. It is a bit too heavy to run with IMHO. Maybe for / I like it very very much. It is a very good product and I do like the flexibility of adding or taking out weights. It is very comfortable as well. I would recommend to a friend and would buy again
