I had pretty much given up hope after trying every type of chapstick, Carmex, mutiple lip masks, multiple lip scrubs, Blistex, EOS, Aquaphor, Vaseline products, / I used a Neutrogena product for years and years, then the formula changed. I searched for months then found this. This I can definitely live with. I like the cool feel upon application, nice shine, makes my lips feel protected.
