Review snippets: The very expensive lighter I bought from them stopped working ON THE FIRST DAY of use after being 2 weeks late in arriving. I asked for and EXCHANGE, not even a refund, and they REFUSED to exchange it I go / I've had my MaxiJet for just over a year now. I'd had no luck w/ other manufacturers and while some offer a Lifetime warranty it doesn't do me any good when I have to send it back every 3 months
