Review snippets: This is my 1st pair of Salomom boots. My 1st pair which were Merrell boots wore out after 7yrs. I was looking for a light, summer, orthopedic boot for work. As I work 5 to 6 days at 8 to / I broke them in just walking around the airport before flying to Oregon to hike. In the wet, mossy, steep rocks and trees and mud, these were the best hiking shoes I’ve ever worn. Stable. Grips. Doesn’t track sticky mud.
