The cushioning is incredibly well-placed—soft and supportive in all the right areas—while still allowing for a natural gait, stride, and foot strike. Despite the extra cushion, they feel / I’ve used several Saucony models, but the Kinvara 14 has become my favorite for speed training. The neutral sole gives me a natural stride, and I feel more connected to the ground — ideal for tempo runs and track sessions.
