The coldest weather I rode my motorcycle in was about 15 degrees for about 30 minutes on the highway at about 65mph and my hands still stayed warm enough to not hurt from / They do what they are supposed to and keep your hands warm! Worn them on a 40°f day going 65mph on my bike and my hand didn't get cold. They are good quality, I can't speak on the battery life
