In CX+, they have paired this amazing coating to a high performance 5-ply clad-aluminum construction with brushed stainless steel exterior. The multiple layers of aluminum and stainless steel ensure rapid heat response and even distribution. Stratanium+ nonstick is bonded directly to the pan, so it doesn’t blister, peel or scrape away, even when using metal utensils.
