Review snippets: This really is a nice clock. Made mostly of what appears to be real wood, it is very elegant. It seems that they did not skimp anywhere on this time piece! Even the individual 1-12 numerals are individual "gold numerals" / BEAUTIFUL!!! In every way this clock is beautiful. The clock face has scroll work, the penduleum has raised / embossed scroll work, the glass front has a lovely gold border and the reed columns have brass details. It fits perfectly
