Review snippets: Works as expected. I think of it as primarily an A/C unit (it cools more effectively than it heats, but the heat does work). For heat, it seems to seamlessly reverse the heat exchange output so that the cold air / I had bought a portable A/C a couple of years ago and loved it. It still works, but I wanted to get one with heat on it as well. This one is 200% better than the last one I bought.
