Review snippets: I purchased this single-serve machine primarily for making tea and hot cocoa rather than coffee, and it has worked very well for that purpose. It heats quickly, quietly, and produces hot water at a consistent temperature, making it convenient for / I usually use a heated carafe to heat up water for a pour-over type experience for my coffee, but every now and then I want something a little less "hands-on". I like the idea of a single serve coffee machine
