Review snippets: I'm a fan of Shark products and have several (upholstery cleaner, regular and cordless vacuum cleaners). My last Shark steam mop finally died after regular use for 10+ years. I didn't even consider any other brand. My floors were pleading / Works great! Upgraded from the previous one with the lift-away feature. I haven't used thst feature yet.
