Review snippets: These work GREAT for sports taping. It REALLY makes it stick. I usually let it sit a few seconds before applying the tape. It can be really difficult to remove though, so you might want to invest in the removal / This is to remove things like a CGM and the adhesive sticker you put on top of it. This works better than baby oil, and is apparently nicer than just acetone (nail polish remover) for the incredibly strong adhesive that
