Customer feedback: 3.2/5 average rating.

Customers say: Customers report that the toy is made for tiny dogs, making it unsuitable for larger breeds. Moreover, the ball breaks within half an hour of use and stops working after three days. Additionally, customers find it too noisy and a choking hazard, while also reporting that the battery dies quickly. While some customers find it entertaining for their Golden Retrievers, others consider it not worth the money.
