This unit was purchased with an extended warranty unlike my first two purchases, I recommend you get an extended warranty. They don't cost much and give you a bit of protection. Lucky the re-furb Blu-ray players are inexpensive. Just wish I would have gotten more use out of them. Read more",

Tried everything to reset it but the device doesn't respond to pressing buttons on the device itself or the remote. I ended up taking the thing apart and can't seem to find any obvious clues as to why it just stopped working. Customer Support just tells me to go on their website. And there's no help there.
