I even called Customer service and they acted like that this wasn't an issue. It is if my controller isn't vibrating after all of the trouble shoots, then something is wrong with the rumble stick/ controller as a whole.....Honestly I felt like I should've just went to game stop and spend the more money for a controller that would be solid.
