I tore my left bicep tendon a year ago and am also experiencing pain in the right tendon now so so any exercise involving these areas is difficult. I am 5’ 10” and vary between 173-180 # I tried it on for 30 minutes and had to remove it, my hands were starting to go numb because my circulation
