Using the allen wrench that came with a diferent office chair that has a T-handle (I wish every office chair comes with this tool) assembling was made so much faster. The chair was comfortable and the gas lift that's used to adjust the seat's height works fine. At this price and comfort, I'm very satisfied with my purchase, though I'd like to suggest that the manufacturer extend the seat's length about an inch further to make seating better because the lumbar support pushes you a bet towards the edge.
