The high output, intense load of Blizzard, allows the powder to penetrate deep into the hair for optimal coverage and full follicle building. Helps adhesives dry to provide a texture that is easy to clip through. It is tremendous to use as a clipping aid to provide a bright visual. To use, simply start by applying Tail Adhesive to form hair to the desired position. Spray a coat of Blizzard and clip. Next spray alternating coats of Tail Adhesive and Blizzard to build and thicken the hair follicles.
