Review snippets: I'm a 7.5 U.S. and I bought the Medium/6.5-8 and they worked wonderfully. I put them in a pair of 5inch stiletto peep-toe pumps that I wore for the first time to a birthday party and these inserts really made / Soles are thin as advertised, but they helped support my arches and made walking more comfortable. The insoles haven’t shifted while wearing them but they do move when I take my boots off. Would recommend, but don’t expect your pain
