Did not need to go to the retail shop and get somebody to custom make me something that cost hundreds of dollars. / My podiatrist recommended this brand to use when my orthotics don't fit in my shoes. I bought the 3/4 length so my toes would not be more crowded in my shoes. I have flat feet and need good arch support
