Review snippets: Do you really need $50 insoles?? Well, they're worth it to me. I find most shoes very difficult to fit into between my higher arches, a compressed nerve and slightly wider foot. I put these in almost all my shoes / These are the best for me after trying Valsole, Dr Scholl's low arch and plantar fasciitis insoles, and Dr Scholl's heel cups. I struggled with plantar fasciitis over a year and I have low arches. This helped me restart exercise
