I ordered these in several different colors -- gray, white, and brown. In person, the white and brown colors are as pictured. The gray color, however, was much darker than it appeared on the website. I ended up returning that one. I read that others had an issue with the hamper arriving damaged. All of mine were fine, but the shipping packaging left much to be desired, and I can readily see how the product could get damaged in the shipping process. Read more",
