Review snippets: Its a great kitchen knife and outdoor kitchen knife that is very slicy, sharp knife once it has a 15 degree edge on it. I think mine came in at around 17.5 degrees. With vg 10 steel with new profile / this knife is super big and very spicy with and amazing top liner cross bar lock which I barely see on knives that are sub 100 dollars. This knife for the price is great and comparable to the cold steel
