Having one of these though with a cat that likes to scratch carpet or protect your furniture is a lifesaver, my cats still sometimes scratch the carpet but they scratch it less when I have these. These are very affordable and my hubby and I were joking that we were going to put it on our subscription purchases because our cat loves them that much. Just note these are not great for cleaning as your cats will tear into them and leave little cardboard bits on the ground but its easily swept up from the floor. Read more",

They loved the catnip, but I didn't like the fact that the mat didn't have a backing so the catnip went straight through to the floor. They saved my couches from claws for a little while, but are very MESSY. I have three indoor cats and they all enjoyed using them. They lasted a couple of months before they were completely destroyed. I did have to vacuum several times a day because we had shredded cardboard spread everywhere. Overall, they provided a great scratching surface, were easy to set up, entertained my cats and save my furniture for a little while! Read more",
