Review snippets: Fell in love with these, and ordered a size 9 ( most boots run larger). When they arrived I was disappointed that they were too snug. The company had no 9.5 to exchange with, and other competitor's online would not / I LOVE THESE BOOTS!!! I wish it was always fall so I could wear them daily.
