Review snippets: Great customer support! I received this jacket for Christmas and loved the color, size, fit and over all quality. It just felt well made at first touch. Unfortunately, there was no battery pack included in the package. I reached out / I've been using this jacket every day for two weeks, at varying heat settings. At 70+, I have arthritis in several joints and feeding the horse in these cold temperatures is not easy. With this jacket I am very comfortable
