Review snippets: Pros: easy to set up, has 2 screws to mount as opposed to one, which is very important for sturdiness. Had no issue mounting a 27" and 24.5". Monitors don't droop unless user error so ignore reviews that say they / Very good quality on this item EZ installation for all parts . Note, The tools that are provided are Allen keys they work well for basic assembly, these monitors are 32” On the default setting the springs didn’t hold up
