Review snippets: I use this 12 lb weighted vest on the treadmill for extra resistance and during lower body strength workouts like sumo squats to add more body weight for more resistance. It’s well made, comfortable to wear, and doesn’t bounce around. / This vest is pretty decent. It performs its job just fine. It fits on me pretty well right out of the box. I got the 12 pounder. I didn't weigh mine but I would assume the weight would be correct.
