The Winco AFP-8 is a commercial-grade 8" aluminum fry pan designed to be the workhorse of any kitchen. This skillet is made from 3.5mm thick 3003 series aluminum alloy designed to withstand daily use in a commercial restaurant kitchen. This 8" skillet features a mirror finish that provides even heat distribution for searing, browning, sauteing and frying a wide range of foods. The handle is reinforced and riveted in place for a secure grip and long-lasting durability. A hanging hole in the handle allows this skillet to be hung for convenient storage. This fry pan is compatible with gas and electric ranges. Lid sold separately. Hand wash recommended. NSF listed.

Review snippets: According to some other posts on this item, I can only say that the only problem I had was the lateness of the delivery. I am convinced there was probably a mixup somewhere, in any event, happy to get it. / Arrived with black marks around the rim and sides. Looks to be a good purchase after all, it needs a good scrubbing to remove the marks. They come off with a fingernail, it appears to be rubber. Just to note,
