Review snippets: Believe me, this thing is heavy. Not like lifting up a dumbell or barbell. You will be able to lift up heavier weights, but this vest is wobbly to put on. So had to take a few weight bags out, / Great vest, weight distribution feels good as my hips and lower back do not hurt when wearing it. Current use is casual walks in the office and yard work.
