Review snippets: This is an acid cleaner. I didn't realize that when I purchased it. So I had to run to the store to get heavy gloves. It doesn't foam or bubble like in the video, but let it sit and use / So I bought the Zep Grout Cleaner and Brightener. Then I was looking at a YouTube video on how to apply it and they mentioned that they were not satisfied with the results and ended up painting the lines on.
